OUTER Player’s Guide: Testing II Special Quest
Welcome to the OUTER Testing II Game Special Quest! In this phase, we have prepared a series of diverse activities for you, covering challenges, exploration, and cooperation. From facing interstellar pirates to exploring mysterious galactic realms, and even embarking on adventures with mentors, each mission offers unique gameplay and incentive rewards. Join us and begin this exciting journey together!
Event No.1: Secret Battle in the Galaxy Rift
- Event Time: Starts at 08:30 and 20:30 every day（UTC+8)
- Event Items: Star Crystals
- Event Rewards: Lv.2 Component Chest, Processing Material Supply Chest
- Event NPC: Interstellar Merchant
- Story Background: Mysterious galaxy rifts open at specific times, leading to unknown galaxies. These galaxies are occupied by the dark forces known as the “Interstellar Pirate Gang.” They possess rare Star Crystals, which are dropped upon defeat. Commanders can venture through the galaxy rifts, challenge interstellar pirates, collect Star Crystals, and then exchange them for rewards with the “Interstellar Merchant” in the solar system (5 Star Crystals can be exchanged for 1 Lv.2 Component Chest and 5 Processing Material Supply Chests).
Event Rules
- Only stargates can be interacted with or appear during the event period.
- Players can engage in PvP within the event galaxy.
- The event map is a free PvP zone; killing does not increase PK value.
- The event NPC will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system.
Event Guide
- Five minutes before the event starts, the system will announce to the entire server, reminding players not to miss the event.
2. Once the event starts, the system will announce the event’s commencement, informing players in which galaxy the space rift will appear in. (Note: Since the name of each galaxy in each server is chosen by the player who first explored it, the specific galaxy name will be as stated in the event announcement. For example, “GalaxyCosmos” in the image below.)
3. Open the galaxy map to view the location of the event galaxy. Galaxies with the event space rift will be marked in red.
4. Click on the galaxy icon with the event space rift to enter the planet map and view the specific location of the spatial rift.
5. Fly to the location of the spatial rift and interact with it to enter the new space.
6. Once the first player enters the space rift, a 45-minute countdown will commence. After the countdown ends, the space rift will disappear.
7. Once you enter the space rift, locate and defeat the Bloodthirsty Pirates.
8. Defeating the Bloodthirsty Pirates will drop the event item, ‘Star Crystals’.
9. After the event starts, players can go to the solar system (NPCs will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system after the event starts) to find the event NPC, the Interstellar Merchant. Upon finding him, players can exchange Star Crystals for Lv.2 Component Chests and Processing Material Supply Chests.
Event No.2: Interstellar Hunter Challenge
- Event Time: 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–20:00 daily（UTC+8)
- Event Items: ‘Galaxy Essence’
- Event Rewards: LV-D AI Module Chest, Raw Material Supply Chest
- Event NPC: Galaxy Guardian
- Story Background: The galaxy is under attack by the mysterious Interstellar Hunter gang, who carry rare Galaxy Essence. At specific times, warriors must defeat these Interstellar Hunters to seize the Galaxy Essence. This is a crucial moment for enhancing strength, and only the bravest commanders can succeed. After collecting the Galaxy Essence, find the “Galaxy Guardian” in the solar system to exchange for rewards (5 Galaxy Essence can be exchanged for 1 LV-D AI Module Chest and 5 Raw Material Supply Chests).
Event Rules
- When a player is killed by another player, the Galaxy Essence will drop 100% of the time.
- The event NPC will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system.
Event Guide
- Five minutes before the event starts, the system will announce to the entire server, informing players where the event will take place in which galaxy. (Note: Since the name of each galaxy in each server is chosen by the player who first explored it, the specific galaxy name will be as stated in the event announcement. For example, “galaxy1” in the image below.)
2. Open the galaxy map to view the location of the event galaxy and prepare for battle in advance.
3. Once the event starts on the hour, the system will announce the event’s commencement, and event mobs will appear in the event galaxy.
4. Hunt down the event mobs ‘Star Hunters’ in the galaxy.
5. Defeating the ‘Star Hunters’ will drop the event item, ‘Galaxy Essence’.
6. When the system announces the end of the event, ‘Star Hunters’ will no longer respawn in the galaxy.
7. After the event starts, players can go to the solar system (NPCs will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system after the event starts) to find the event NPC — Galaxy Guardian. Upon finding him, players can exchange Galaxy Essence for LV-D AI Module Chests and Raw Material Supply Chests.
Event No.3: Double Time of the Interstellar Wise Man
- Event Time: 05:00–06:00 and 17:00–18:00 daily（UTC+8)
- Story Background: In the depths of the interstellar abyss, it is said that the Interstellar Wise Man holds the secret of time. At specific moments, he will cast a double experience energy covering the entire galaxy, granting all commanders double growth speed during this time.
Event Details
- During the event period, double experience rewards will be automatically activated across the server.
- Double experience is limited to experience gained from mob killing and exploration.
- Typically, earning 100 experience will increase to 200 during the event. If participating in other double XP events, experience value will further increase to 400.
Event Guide
- Five minutes before the event starts, the system will announce to the entire server, reminding players not to miss the event.
2. Once the event starts, the system will announce to the entire server, granting all players a Double Experience BUFF.
3. The Double Experience BUFF lasts for 60 minutes, and double experience is limited to experience gained from killing mobs and exploration.
Event No.4: Interstellar Inheritance
- Overview: Veteran players (referred to as Mentors) share invitation codes with new players (referred to as Apprentices). When an Apprentice activates their account using this invitation code and enters the game, the Mentor can receive an inheritance reward once the Apprentice’s activity level reaches 20. When the Apprentice Commander reaches level 30, the Mentor can receive an Apprenticeship completion reward.
- Event Rewards: Double Experience Booster, LV-B AI Module Chest, Lv.2 Component Chest
- Story Background: Among the distant interstellar realms lies an ancient inheritance power that can be passed down to a new generation of commanders through veteran interstellar explorers. When new commanders prove their worth in interstellar challenges, their mentors will gain double the power and experience. This is not only a symbol of honor but also proof of the profound bond between interstellar explorers.
Event Details
- Event rewards will be sent to players’ in-game mailboxes.
- Once the Apprentice Commander reaches level 30, the Mentor cannot receive the inheritance reward.
Event Guide
- After the Apprentice’s activity level reaches 20, a yellow exclamation mark will appear on the ‘’Daily‘ button in the main interface.
2. Click on the ‘Daily’ button to enter the Daily interface, where you can see the activity level.
3. At this point, the Mentor’s mailbox will receive an inheritance reward. Claim the attachment in the mail to receive the inheritance reward.
4. When the Apprentice Commander reaches level 30, the Mentor’s mailbox will receive an apprenticeship completion reward email. Claim the attachment in the mail to receive the reward.
Event No.5: Collector’s Hobby
- Overview: Players receive ‘Interstellar Nameplates’ from the ‘Daily Activity Pack’ every day, which they can exchange for rewards with the event NPC: the Collector.
- Event NPC: Collector
- Event Item: Interstellar Nameplates
- Event Reward: Lv.1 Component Chest
- Story Background: Interstellar Nameplates symbolize contributions to command and represent a kind of honor. Collectors are particularly interested in these valuable items and spare no expense to acquire them at high prices within the galaxy.

- The event NPC will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system.
Event Guide
- Click the ‘Daily’ tab and complete the activity tasks.
2. Claim the ‘Daily Activity Pack’, which contains ‘Interstellar Nameplates’.
3. After the event starts, the event NPC — the Collector — will randomly appear at a space station in the solar system. Find him to exchange Interstellar Nameplates for ‘Lv.1 Component Chests’.
These five activities offer players diverse and rich gaming experiences. From challenging interstellar pirates to participating in double experience events, and from the unique relationship between mentors and apprentices to collecting Interstellar Nameplates for rewards, each activity features unique gameplay and rewards. Players can collect Interstellar Nameplates in the game, exchange them with the Collector for rare items, or venture into galaxy rifts to challenge interstellar hunters. These activities not only enhance the game’s playability but also provide players with generous rewards.
